Operator and scope
NIPE Solutions e.U., Nicholas Petrasek, Achtergasse 10, 1230 Vienna, Austria, operates Brinnich. Contact the operator about privacy at office@nipesolutions.com.
Brinnich is a fictional bathrobe parody project. The notices cover visits to this site and its optional fictional badge delivery.
Camera and portraits
Camera and uploaded portraits are processed locally in your browser to create a badge. The raw camera stream and original uploaded file are not uploaded. Camera access starts only after you choose Open camera, and media tracks stop after capture, cancellation, or leaving the tool.
If you explicitly request email delivery, your entered name, email address, event details, fictional order metadata, and finished badge PNG are sent to the application and Resend for delivery. Do not use a portrait unless you are pictured or have the pictured person’s permission.
Brinnich does not intentionally persist the submitted badge-delivery payload after request processing. Delivery providers and recipient email systems may retain delivery and message data under their own policies or legal obligations. You can contact the operator for applicable access or deletion and coordination with the provider.
Cloudflare, security, and analytics
Cloudflare Tunnel, Cloudflare security services, and Cloudflare Web Analytics help deliver, protect, and measure the site. Web Analytics is limited to aggregate traffic and real-user performance measurement; Brinnich does not send names, email addresses, portraits, badge contents, order details, or sensitive URL parameters to it.
Security and server logs may contain technical request data such as IP address, timestamp, requested resource, user-agent, and security events. Access is limited to the operator and authorised infrastructure providers for security, troubleshooting, and abuse prevention. Operational security and server logs are retained for no more than 30 days, then deleted or anonymised.
Necessary browser storage
Necessary session storage remembers whether the opening sequence has played during the current browser session. Necessary local storage keeps local cart selections. These browser-storage entries support requested site functions and are not used for advertising or behavioural profiling.
Purposes and legal bases
The legal bases are Article 6(1)(b) GDPR for providing functions you request, including optional badge delivery; Article 6(1)(f) GDPR for secure, reliable operation, abuse prevention, and aggregate measurement; and Article 6(1)(c) GDPR where recordkeeping is legally required. Where consent is required for a future optional service, it will be requested before that service loads.
Recipients and international transfers
Recipients and international transfers may include Cloudflare as the tunnel, security, and analytics provider, Resend when you request delivery, and hosting or support providers acting on documented instructions. Those providers may process data outside the EEA. Transfers are made only where the applicable GDPR transfer safeguards are in place, such as an adequacy decision or European Commission standard contractual clauses, as applicable.
Your rights
You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability where applicable, and objection. You may withdraw consent at any time where processing relies on consent. You may also complain to the Austrian Data Protection Authority. Contact the operator to exercise a right.
